Product of the Week: Shibari Rope

At Kinkerbox we are definitely team Shibari ... which is why rope had to be product of the week sooner rather than later.

Our Shibari role is 6mm Jute shibari rope ... ten meters long. Comes complete with advice on the basics for those of you who like the idea of shibari but haven’t explored it before - shibari can be as much an artistic release as, well, anything a little saucier 😉 whether you fancy yourself as a rigger or a model ... make sure you discuss boundaries with your partner first and as a rigger continual checking on the comfort of your model is essential.

It comes in packs of two, because you one hundred percent go through rope quicker than you'd ever expect! 20 metres isn't going to change your world, but it's enough to get a feel for what it's all about. You'll get a sense of how to work the rope, ho to tie ropes together ... what it feels like to have the pressure of rope wrapped around you if you are a model, and what it feels like, smells like, sounds like to wrap the rope over your partner if you are a rigger.
